When business man, Kyle Prescott, is sent on a mission to shut down a homeless shelter, his plans are thrown out the window when he meets Nick, a homeless man with amnesia. Found in an alley, wearing a santa suit, Kyle realizes that Nick carries an angel in his pocket, the same gift Kyle left for Santa when he was just a child. With Christmas eve only days away, Kyle becomes convinced that Nick is Santa Claus himself, and with his newfound family at the homeless shelter he must race against the clock to get Nick's memory back in time for Christmas.
